#1. First of all right click anywhere on your desktop. 

Now from the context menu, click on "New" option.


#2. When you move your cursor to "New" option or when you click on "New", you will see secondary menu to create different types of new files. There, click on "Shortcut" option.

#3. Now, a new window menu will gets open and it will ask you to "Type the location of the item".  In that field, enter below text.

Then, click on Next.


#4. In the next step, it will ask you to enter the name of the shortcut. So, enter any name that you like. I kept the name as "Lock Button".


Finally, click on Finish.

That's it my friend, you will see a shortcut on your desktop.


Now, whenever you double click on that shortcut, your PC will get instantly locked.
